Wilson Ave. ADU Addition
When the client came to us with a desire to add more rentable units to his already 3 unit lot in San Diego, CA, we came up with a plan to convert the first floor garage into a 1Bd/1Ba ADU, with two 2Bd/2Ba ADUs on told of the garage and carport.

There were some structural complications that came with needing Lateral Support, but this was solved with concrete pillars and beams. We were able to get a Building Permit through the City of San Diego for them to allow 6 units on the property, being a great investment for the homeowner.
