Commercial Projects
Across the years I've been a Senior Designer, I have worked on a few Commercial Projects. One being a Vietnamese Restaurant in Santee, CA that is up and running, and the other being a Historic Building in San Diego, CA that is still being permitted.
This Chipotle-style Mexican Franchise Restaurant began the Design and Permitting in Spring of 2017. After obtaining the Building Permit in Fall of 2017, construction was completed and the restaurant opened in Spring 2017. With a modern design for the dining area and an fully remodeled kitchen area, this restaurant is the best spot for tasty Mexican food on the South side of Oahu, HI.
This Sleek and Urban family restaurant began the Design and Permitting in October of 2022. After obtaining the Building Permit in May 2023, construction was completed and the restaurant opened in early 2024. With a modern design for the dining area and an fully remodeled kitchen area, this restaurant is nothing but a show stopper.
